Every one of us has a story. Oftentimes the hardest part is telling our own with equal parts honesty and positivity.
I have always had a deep love for storytelling. Whether it was hearing stories of my great grandmother whom I am named after from my mom as a little girl, a tale from a storybook, a plot of a movie, or even learning about complete strangers’ stories throughout my career. What I loved most was the creation and correlation of imagery to go with those stories. Stories have illuminated my life. So much of storytelling acts as a time capsule that transports us to another moment in our lives, or if we are lucky, the lives of others we care about. They make us feel as though we were part of an important point in history, by witnessing the details.
When I was five years old, I remember watching ‘The Sound of Music'. Even at five years old I was entranced by all of the magic that story tells. I would spend hours trying to memorize every move, lyric, and facial expression. I played that movie over and over again.
Even now as an adult, when I watch that movie I am immediately transported back to my old living room as a little girl with curly hair and oversized t-shirts twirling and imagining myself in the evergreen hills of Austria.
Every day I celebrate a 12 plus year career in media storytelling all over the country by exciting and celebrating my clients. I strive to give each one of them peace of mind, through artfully and respectfully fulfilling their purpose from conceptualizing a story to the final visual product of their passionate pivot. I hope you will join me, as I aspire to be a globally known resource in preserving memories and messages that last a lifetime.
